Minimal Systems

The forefront of today’s glazing. These systems push boundaries in sizes, thermal and structural performance with the idea of maximization of the view by keeping the amount of visible members to a minimum. As an exclusive partner of Orama Minimal Frames, we would like to present some of the most sophisticated systems for unique construction solutions.

Minimalism and Performance

Despite the small dimensions of the profiles, ORAMA Minimal Frames can slide 800 kgr. The height of each vent can reach 3,0 m with small interlock (24mm) and up to 6,5 m with the large interlock (30mm). We have managed to reduce the «interlock» width to just 24mm, achieving air resistance Class C5 at the same time. The hook’s depth can be limited to 124mm in total, creating a minimal effect whatever the angle you’re looking from.

Smooth Sliding

ORAMA Minimal Frames sliding vents move on dual stainless steel rails with two double stainless steel rollers on each side of each vent. This means that each vent moves on at least eight rollers. This results in a perfectly silent and smooth sliding system operation. Also available with electric motorization. Instead of having the rollers on the frame, we have placed our high-quality stainless steel rollers on the vent, making maintenance quick and easy.

Architectural Features

Minimal Visual impact with 4mm visible around the vents and just 24mm visible along the central interlock; Special Handmade aluminum parts which include handle bars, ruffle or flat caps, locks, rebates and etc.; Invisible Rail system with continuous flooring – all of these solutions are the top notch for the high-quality glazing market and our local BC architects are loving it.

Quick assembly, installation and maintenance

Adjustable support base of the lower frame gives the opportunity to install during an early building phase and, most importantly, can adjust to any floor’s imperfections. In case of replacing a wheel, it is not necessary to pull the vent out of the frame. Wheels can be accessed from the side of the frame with a simple lift. Tracks can be easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner compared to systems that have wheels on the tracks.
